Refund policy
This is a copyable digital software product. After delivery, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Review the selected edition and included files before ordering.
Privacy & cookies
When you place an order or contact support, your email, order reference and the information you choose to provide are used for delivery, order handling and resolving your request. Do not include trading passwords, private keys or full card details.
We store your verified email, a salted password hash, nickname, coupon and order records. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Published reviews and questions show your nickname, initial avatar and purchase or free-claim badge, never your email. Verification, password-reset and voucher messages are service emails; registration does not subscribe you to marketing. Cloudflare stores account records. Supabase securely processes passwords to create or check salted hashes, without storing plaintext passwords. Brevo processes your email address and service-message content to deliver verification codes and account notifications.
The email address entered on the payment page stays on that page until you choose to send the prepared email. This site does not collect card details. Service providers may keep access and security logs under their own notices.
Stripe processes payment details securely. We use your email for delivery and support; card details are not stored on this website.
Order information is stored securely with Cloudflare and used to verify payment, deliver your products and provide support. A notification is sent to the store inbox. No wallet passwords or private keys are collected. For free orders, we store your account email, selected products, order date and download requests. Download access requires a verified account and lasts 7 days after checkout. Ordering does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Your theme and cart product IDs are saved in this browser; the cart never stores email addresses, transaction hashes or payment confirmations. Language follows the page URL. We remember your analytics choice for 180 days. You can remove these preferences using your browser’s site-data settings.
Only after you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, source website, approximate location, device/browser information, active engagement time and shopping steps. It uses pseudonymous cookie identifiers, configured to expire after 180 days. We do not send your email, transaction hash, payment message or account credentials. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Google processes this information and may do so outside your country. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer; withdrawal stops future collection and removes this site's analytics cookies. It does not delete data already processed. MQLume also records page views, card impressions and clicks, visible and active time, scroll depth, and YouTube / Telegram referrals and outbound clicks. These anonymous page records are retained for 90 days. This measurement does not store IP addresses, account identifiers, typed text or full referral URLs; it uses a temporary per-tab source record that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Only recognised source tags are read, not other URL parameters.
Order and support records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, resolve requests and meet applicable record-keeping duties. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to those duties, through the support contact associated with your order.
