Where do I find my transaction hash?

Open your wallet’s transaction history or your exchange’s withdrawal history. Select the transfer and copy “TxID”, “Transaction hash” or “Transaction ID”. Paste the full value here, without spaces. It is not your wallet address or the exchange’s internal order number.

The hash usually appears after the transfer is sent to the blockchain. If a withdrawal is still processing, wait until the hash appears. A hash identifies a transfer; it does not by itself prove payment. We check the network, token, receiving address, amount and confirmation status before delivery.
