Keep it helpful and open. Honest criticism, low ratings, bug reports and disagreement are welcome. Criticize ideas and describe your experience; do not attack people.

Keep discussion about our products, use and service. Off-topic political campaigning or religious arguments may be moved or removed, regardless of viewpoint. Identity or belief alone is never a violation.

No harassment, threats, hate, private information, impersonation, spam, fraud or knowingly false factual accusations. A negative opinion or a genuine unresolved complaint is not itself a violation.

Depending on severity and repetition, we may request edits, hide content, mute posting, suspend login for a stated number of hours or days, or permanently disable an account. Permanent disablement is reversible; purchase records and evidence are retained.

Decisions record the reason and duration. Contact support with your account email, relevant content and decision to request review. We interpret and apply these published rules subject to applicable law; this does not remove statutory rights or existing purchase rights.
