Test settings
IC Markets; XAUUSD M15; custom balance-based automatic sizing (QV_LotCalculation=2), QV_BalanceStep=180 and QV_LotsPer1000=0.01. Trade volume scales with account balance and is rounded to the symbol volume step. All other strategy inputs remained at delivered defaults. Initial capital US$1,000; leverage 1:1000; execution delay 150 ms; non-visual local tester.
MT5 reported 100% real quotes across 192,415,347 ticks. The sizing coefficient was selected after six runs on this same historical interval; this is an in-sample sizing calibration.
The delivered news-day filters use bundled date lists: NFP through December 2026, and FOMC and US bank holidays through December 2027. These lists can be maintained in the editable source. The daily loss control remained at its delivered default of zero (disabled).
